02 - If using, sprinkle feta cheese and toasted nuts over the salad.
03 - In a small bowl or jar, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper until well combined.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • It comes together in literally ten minutes but looks like something from a restaurant
  • You can use whatever fresh vegetables you have on hand
  • The dressing is perfectly balanced and keeps well in the fridge
02 -
  • The dressing should be added right before serving or the greens will become soggy
  • Dry your greens completely after washing, or the dressing will slide right off
  • Toast the nuts in a dry pan for just 2-3 minutes to bring out their natural oils
03 -
  • Massage the greens with a tiny bit of olive oil before adding the full dressing for better coating
  • Use a glass jar with a tight lid to shake the dressing instead of whisking
  • Let the dressed salad sit for 5 minutes before serving to let flavors meld
