01 - Wash, peel, and slice all fresh fruits as needed. Hull the strawberries, peel and chop the kiwi, and slice the banana into even rounds.
02 - Spoon 2 to 3 tablespoons of Greek yogurt into the bottom of each parfait glass or serving bowl, spreading it into an even layer.
03 - Drizzle approximately 1/2 tablespoon of honey evenly over the yogurt layer in each glass.
04 - Arrange a generous mix of sliced strawberries, blueberries, chopped kiwi, and banana slices over the honey-drizzled yogurt.
05 - Spoon another layer of yogurt over the fruit, drizzle with additional honey, and add more fruit. Repeat until all ingredients are used, finishing with a colorful fruit layer on top.
06 - Optionally sprinkle with granola or toasted nuts and garnish with fresh mint leaves. Serve immediately for a crunchy texture, or chill for 20 minutes for a softer, creamier consistency.
