01 - Add mango chunks, pineapple chunks, banana, and coconut water to a blender.
02 - If using, add Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and chia or flaxseeds to the blender.
03 - Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy, about 30 to 60 seconds.
04 - Taste the smoothie and add more honey or maple syrup if a sweeter flavor is desired, then blend briefly to incorporate.
05 - Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Garnish with fresh pineapple or mango slices if desired.
