# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • It takes exactly five minutes from fridge to glass which means no excuses on busy mornings.
  • The tropical combo of pineapple and mango somehow tricks your brain into thinking you are on vacation even when it is raining outside.
02 -
  • Frozen fruit is the real secret here because it creates that milkshake like thickness without melting ice diluting the flavor.
  • If you use fresh fruit and still want thickness add a handful of ice cubes but expect a slightly milder taste.
03 -
  • Freeze your overripe bananas peeled and chopped in a bag so you always have smoothie ready bananas on hand.
  • Cut your mango and pineapple into small chunks before freezing so your blender does not struggle with giant frozen blocks.
