Cheesy pizza flavors wrapped in tortillas and baked or air fried until perfectly crisp.

# What You'll Need:

→ Tortillas

01 - 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch diameter)

→ Pizza Filling

02 - 1 cup pizza sauce
03 - 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - ½ cup sliced pepperoni or ½ cup sliced mushrooms for vegetarian option
05 - ½ cup chopped bell peppers
06 - ¼ cup sliced black olives
07 - ¼ cup chopped red onion
08 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
09 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder

→ Topping & Finishing

10 - Olive oil spray or 2 tablespoons olive oil for brushing
11 - ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
12 - Fresh basil leaves for garnish

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F or air fryer to 375°F. Prepare workspace with parchment paper if using oven method.
02 - Lay flour tortillas flat on clean surface. Spread 2–3 tablespoons pizza sauce in center of each tortilla, leaving 1-inch border around edges.
03 - Distribute mozzarella evenly among tortillas. Top with pepperoni or mushrooms, bell peppers, olives, red onion, oregano, and garlic powder.
04 - Fold both sides of each tortilla inward toward center. Roll from bottom upward, tucking edges tightly to enclose filling completely.
05 - Lightly brush or spray exterior of each burrito with olive oil for golden browning.
06 - Place burritos seam-side down on parchment-lined baking sheet for oven, or in single layer in air fryer basket without overcrowding.
07 - Oven method: Bake 18–20 minutes until golden brown and crisp. Air fryer method: Cook 8–10 minutes, flip halfway through, until exterior is browned and filling is heated through.
08 - Remove from heat. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and fresh basil leaves if desired. Serve immediately with additional pizza sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • It transforms leftover pizza toppings into something handheld and infinitely more exciting than the same old slice
  • The air fryer makes the tortilla incredibly crispy while the cheese gets perfectly melty inside
  • You can customize each burrito to match exactly what everyone in the family actually wants on their pizza
02 -
  • Don't overstuff these burritos or the tortilla will tear during rolling and cheese will escape into your oven or air fryer
  • Let them rest for about 2 minutes after cooking so the cheese sets slightly and doesn't pour out when you cut into them
  • The air fryer method creates a much crunchier exterior while the oven gives you that slightly softer, more bread-like texture
03 -
  • Warm your tortillas in the microwave for 15 seconds before filling so they roll without cracking
  • Brush the tops with melted butter mixed with garlic powder for extra flavor and even more golden color
