- Preheat oven to 400°F or air fryer to 375°F. Prepare workspace with parchment paper if using oven method.
- Lay flour tortillas flat on clean surface. Spread 2–3 tablespoons pizza sauce in center of each tortilla, leaving 1-inch border around edges.
- Distribute mozzarella evenly among tortillas. Top with pepperoni or mushrooms, bell peppers, olives, red onion, oregano, and garlic powder.
- Fold both sides of each tortilla inward toward center. Roll from bottom upward, tucking edges tightly to enclose filling completely.
- Lightly brush or spray exterior of each burrito with olive oil for golden browning.
- Place burritos seam-side down on parchment-lined baking sheet for oven, or in single layer in air fryer basket without overcrowding.
- Oven method: Bake 18–20 minutes until golden brown and crisp. Air fryer method: Cook 8–10 minutes, flip halfway through, until exterior is browned and filling is heated through.
- Remove from heat. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and fresh basil leaves if desired. Serve immediately with additional pizza sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.
